Hey guys! Inger in Dubai here. I am so
grateful that so many of you have watched my “7 Minute Workout” video that I filmed a few years ago in Portugal. Today I’m going to show you the same workout from Dubai, with a little extra touch perhaps. So what I think is great about
the 7 Minute Workout is that it’s simple movements that anyone can do and you work on times so you can really easily adjust it to your level.
But also when you use the songs from Tabata Songs you don’t have to think you
just do. The song tells you what to do, how long to do it for and you just have
to do the actual work. So what are we waiting for?

Jacks.
