  2. 2:39 this is actually my father's routine!! He gets up at 2:45 a.m every single day (3:00 at the latest), then he takes a bath, does prayer and exercises and goes for a walk. And I go to sleep at 12 (sometimes 1a.m, so my sleeping time is nearly his waking time)

  3. I really applaud James for doing these extensive exercises i know i would fake passing out jst to get out of the room

  4. Terrible idea making James do this much as a beginner. Heโ€™ll be sore for weeks and wonโ€™t ever workout again lol

  5. Not even close to being great. The dude has many hands to help him with everything. I person who's work meetings is just 2 hrs every day and that is his daily job. Good luck to a normal person who can achieve this.

  10. I LOVE early morning workouts, and love walking out of the gym when everybody is just starting. But this workout is pretty unrealistic unless youโ€™re getting paid for it. Respect.

  12. Morning people. I was born at night, so choosing to sleep in the evening and get up for the day in the early morning, isn't going to happen.

  13. James, your quantity and quality of sleep has way more health benefits than a 4 a.m. workout. Ask a cheetah who sleeps
    14-16 hours a day and can run up to 75 mph.

  14. Mad respect for Mark with that lifestyle and discipline…. but some of those exercises were ridiculous, he needs a proper trainer

  15. Why would someone mess -up his metabolism like that? He spends more time working out and having snacks than enjoying with his familly!

  17. so what is theory in working out at 3:30 in the morning. I know a lot of people who are doing this. I am just trying to explore whats so good about going to bed at 7 or 8 pm, and by 4pm before you even finish your shift, you feel like tired because it is only 3 to 4 hours before bed time by then.

  18. Be a great schedule, but i start work at 4am, don't get home untill 5pm. By the time I've eaten and showered it's bedtime ๐Ÿ™„

  20. So remember to get up at 4am and work out in your basement before your 9-5 job. It's also important to advertise on your tshirt. It will make you successful.

  21. I woke up at 2am and can't sleep. I decide to go on You Tube. This video gets recommended to me. The late night/early morning algorithms from you tube are in full working order!
