Intense Abs Workout Routine – 10 Mins Flat Stomach Exercise


Hey everyone welcome back to my channel, so today I’m going to do an intense 10 min abs workout. its going to burn but its going to be so worth it. It’s going to be 10 exercises, 50 secs each and 10 secs rest. and for 10 minutes non stop. So yeah without further ado. Let’s get started The first exercise is reverse crunch with leg drop. Just make sure your legs are straight as possible when you do the leg drop Let’s rest for 10 seconds, and we are going to do some crunches Let’s take a 10 seconds rest, and we will move on to these [kicks] Just cross over your legs and make sure your back is flat on the ground Let’s take a ten seconds rest, and we have Russian twist Lean as far back as you can and twist make sure your back is straight [I] know it can be quite difficult by now, but let’s try out best Next we have mountain climbers bring in one leg in at a time as fast as you can. Let’s do it guys Now let’s do bicycle crunches, my all-time favorite. Bring one leg in at a time touch on the opposite elbow Flip over and we are going to do spider planks Bring your knee as close to your elbow as possible. This is really great for obliques Now we have plank with hip twist. Anyway three more exercises guys we can do this Next we have raise lakes crunch. Just one more to go after this, let’s push it guys And the last exercise is up and down plank Three seconds left …and we’re done!   1. My 1 week was over and I diceded to do it one more week it's not beacuese I haven't seen any results I never skipped workout even did 40 minute cardio with it. I love my body now and I am so proud thanks! Chloe

  3. Hey guys and gals! I'm posting this comment as the starting point for challenging myself 🙂 I've always had problems sticking to programs/diet and hoping maybe for your support! I'll try to edit and talk about my progress using this video along with others (by her and Emi Wong) and some stretching. Wish me luck 🙂
    Edited: I'm restarting exactly one month after moving to france. I'll probably do it 3 times a week, as I also do muay thai (for a total of 6 days a week of exercise).

    well I used to be there at 5 long time ago and could do a thousand crunches and anything else I really try but know this child has no problems with her abs nevertheless I'm going to do it cuz I could do all this and a little bit of Pilates it's just hard when you're old nevertheless don't let my comments or anything else to tell you just do what you can,Another point is you have to get the fat off fitst!!!!

    Day 1:✔ It was really hard for me to do this🤯 —– 80cm and 53kg
    Day 2:✔ It was a little bit easier. I feel motivated🥰
    Day 3:✔ Wow! It was easier than day 1😮
    Day 4:✔ Not that easy😅
    Day 5:✔ Hard af🤦🏻‍♀️
    Day 6:✔ Easy👍🏼
    Day 7:✔ Wow it takes a week🥰
    Day 8:✖ I didnt do the workout today but there are final results: 76cm and 51.9 kg

    day 1: Oofa that was hard. Obviously no results tho
    day 2: idk a bit of abs forming don’t really see anything – are really bad tho lol

  12. I've been sticking to this workout for 2 months (4-5 times a week) and it does make me feel better. Do I see results? Yes. Is it significant? Not really. My abs don't show but the muscles at the V-line is definitely prominent. I just realized my muscles down there are somehow more engaged during the workout than my obliques. I will keep doing this with better form and better engagement everyday and hopefully I will have visible abs one day.

  19. i’m gonna try this for a week- first time : Staring Weight:128.8-11/12/19
    it was very difficult at first definitely felt it, i’m most likely gonna feel sore in the morning. But, other than that i’ll try again tomorrow. (p.s. i’m also on a diet)

    11/13/19- i was super sore from the first day but it felt good! it got a little easier but not so much, i had to take like 2 breaks but i think i’m actually gonna try this for 2 weeks instead!

    11/14/19- it was actually easier than expected! i was still sore from day 2 but i’ll keep going! love~

  20. I recommend that you specify if it is an upper or lower ab workout, even if you intended for it to be abs in general, because this was certainly only an upper ab workout.

  21. Doing this skipping one day works?
    (Like Day 1 I do this, day 2 is leg day, day 3 I do this again, and goes on like that,)
    Or it will be unaffected?

    Day 1 : it was a little bit hard and i skipped the last one (up and down plank) i can't do it..🤦🏻‍♀️

    Day 2 : my abs were sooo soree and i was like : (just skip today and do it tomorrow ur tired tho).. But i challenged myself and i pushed myself as more as i can.. 👍🏻

  24. Russian twist is hard for me. I can only turn half way round on one side lord knowscwhats wrong with my other side I literally cannot strech at all on 1 side
