At Home HIIT WORKOUT With Weights


HIIT workout with weights. We’re gonna be using dumbbells in today’s circuit to add some resistance and increase intensity We’ll start off with a quick warm up and wrap up with a stretch and cool down So, grab those weights and follow along, we’re getting started right now.   17. Love your HIIT workouts with weight, and thank you for breaking them down into different circuits which can be done separately. Now that i can’t jump or do high impact, these workouts with weight (making own modifications when there is jumping involved) are much needed. I can still get a great workout and get my heart rate up. Thanks so much 🙂

I recently found your channel and have been doing a different fat burning/ HIIT workout video with weights consistently 3x/week for 2 weeks now and your videos are by far my favorite to do at home. With a (mostly) clean diet and a consistent routine, I can already see and feel the changes in my body. I'm so proud of myself for completing this workout all the way through, it was NOT easy, but SO worth it. As someone who loves to workout in the comfort of their own home, I appreciate you so much. <3

  20. AWESOME workout. My only request is placing both sets of weights in the shot so we can tell if you are using your 5lb or 10lb. I believe you used the 5lb weights the entire time, but it would just be helpful. THANK you for challenging me and helping me start my day off right!
