  1. What I like about this video is that he wasn't lying. I did my own combination of a couple of these routines years ago and I got results over time.

  2. I always see these work outs on YouTube now a days and all trainers do is copy a lot moves/exercises from insanity work out dvds (back in 2015 I lost 120 pounds in 8 months with proper eating) and my running pace went from 15 minute miles down to 9 minutes miles in half a year. Insanity dvd is expensive but it’s so worth it! Again, for years I’ve seen trainers continually use those exercises from DVDs. Trainers are nothing but self indulged cons

  3. What a fatphobic video. There's nothing wrong with the way I was made, sweetie. Take this bs somewhere else. We're all healthy and perfect just the way we are and don't need this patriarchal garbage on the internet. Thanks! 😙😗😙

  4. Geez, now I’m tired and all I did was watch this….
Also, I feel like this is totally the setup for updated memes in the new decade.

  5. Luis!!! I need help with my core…in the bedroom 🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♂️😏😏😏

  6. In all honesty if you only have 25 minutes or less, you should focus that effort into high intensity cardio like sprinting or running at a fast pace for as long as you can. Building legitimate muscle demands baseline of sacrificing 45 minutes of your day at the very least and making the most of those 45 minutes with volume, heavy, and reps. It needs to be a lifestyle, not a shortcut.

  7. I was looking for any additional recommendations to include on the workouts but 90 percent of the comments are thirst comments. Lol. 😂😂😂

  8. 05:22 "when you're ready, get back on it"

I can't. Had to stop watching there. Gonna take a cold shower, then a bath in ice cubes made from holy water.
