hey guys what’s up welcome to my channel

today’s workout I know you guys are loving the hiit workouts so I’ve got
another great one for you today it’s 12 minutes body weighted full body hiit
workout so you don’t need any equipment you can do this from anywhere we’re
gonna do 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest so all you need to do
is follow along I’ve got my timer set let’s get started Alright guys that is it you are done your hiit
workout for today I hope you enjoyed it if you did give it a thumbs up share it

  3. THis was a great workout and also I liked that the music was not the awful generic beats that are overlaid on a lot of youtube workouts.

  4. It would be useful to list the exercises in the description so you can decide wether to skip this workout or not. Not safe for knees 🙁
