  3. I am using my daughter's account but this S#it is hard ! I have lost 10 pounds and I don't have a jumprope and have been doin this for a month. Can you reccomend something for really sore and tight muscles? pulled? My stomach hurts every time i do it.

  5. I am 86 kg guy..I do 20 minutes rope skipping only regular
    Bounce.i do one minute Skipp than take 40 seconds rest and continue it for 20 reps.i do 120-130 skipping in a minutes …Is it enough to lose fat?

  8. I have a question about jump rope length. You said that a jump rope should go over the chest, but under the armpit. Does a persons width make any advantages or disadvantages to the exercise? I’m wider and a little bit broader than the average person, would that affect my ability to jump with the recommended rope length?

  11. Why does Dan only do calisthenics? I just did 2 of your workouts and not enough body weight exercises when I choose you. I am trying to mix my routines a bit more

  12. I LOVE JUMP ROPE BUT EGW SAYS NO CARDIO WITH JUMPING. I LOVE SKATING, CYCLING BUT ITS A SIN. BRISK WALKING IS THE BEST EXERCISE RECOMMENDED BY EGW. I'M RENTING A BICYCLE AND BUYING A JUMP ROPE, IM RENTING A SKATE, AT THIS LEVEL.
